Entertainment Weekly named their 10 breakout "stars" of the year and while I hadn't even heard of some of them and others were only popular to tweens, I thought it was great to see comedian Chelsea Handler had made the list. While her stand-up career has definitely blossomed, she now has her own talk show on the E! Network called Chelsea Lately. Here are some clips of her comedy:
