Recently, police in Baton Rouge found an 8-ft. high marijuana plant. The weird thing about it isn't that they found it but where they found it.
The plant was growing alongside Florida Boulevard.
Yeah, right there on the side of the road.
The police confiscated the plant as "found property" because no one came forward to claim they owned the plant. Value of the plant was estimated at roughly $5,000.
Who says criminals are stupid? This one was at least smart not to admit they owned it! Of course, it wasn't real intelligent to put it out in the open on the side of the road in the first place.
I thought you're supposed to protect your inventory?
I guess that means they have half a brain.
